I don't think anyone on the Belvidere & Delaware River thought that it would take this long to get to Milford; a terrible winter season kept work crews at bay, with the snow & ice just melting away in the past 2 weeks. It could have been worse, some flangeway clearing and a dozen or so trees across the row to clear, and the crew is ready for lunch. The rusty rails tell the whole story.....
